The roughly oval outline largely formed by the long ears of a hare at the top, which curve downwards almost to the bottom; within this rounded border are a dragon and a tiger modelled in the round, the latter's spots (sic) are gold-inlaid circles, the hare has some silver markings and all eyes are in gold.
