A narrow band of linked medallions containing dense scrolling in a natural colour against a blue, green, and brown ground, with pink outlines. In addition there is a very narrow border on one side of the band, with a running scroll of s-shapes on a green ground.
The couching is single thread. The outline and scrolling is embroidered in stem stitch with ?flax thread.
