Album of paintings by selected Hong Kong artists

Details

  • Catalogue text

This album was circulated among Hong Kong artists during and after our visits of 1970 and 1971. Like Album A [LI1109.6], it reveals something of the variety of styles and techniques of the less conventional Hong Kong artists, and it too is a witness to the birth of friendship that still flourishes today.

In: Sullivan, Michael, Modern Chinese Art: The Khoan and Michael Sullivan Collection, revised edn (Oxford: Ashmolean Museum, 2009)
