Grave stele with pediment and inscribed base, of Dexileos riding
down opponent. Dexileos has short hair and wears belted chiton and
chlamys, and would have held a lance in his right hand. The opponent
below with short hair is naked save a chlamys. He holds a shield in
left hand and would have held a sword in his right. Inscription on
base: ‘Dexileos, son of Lysanios from Thorikos, born in the achonship
of Teisandros (414/3 BC), died in that of Euboulides (394/3 BC), among
