Rounded-blong; ground similar to the last [EAX.10267], but with more rough patches and indentations; the flat incrustation consists of eight chessmen (of the usual [shogi-piece] shape) [see Fig. 13] in shakudō, shibuichi and copper, with one in silver outline; most are engraved with their names, one (kōsha) having the engraved lines gilt.
