Athens, Acropolis Museum, inv. 675.
Head found in 1886 in a pit east of the Parthenon on the Athenian Acropolis, the body in 1888, south of the temple.
Small statue of young woman in the style of a kore, dressed in chiton and mantle. The elaborate coiffure of long hair, falling in tresses on either side of the head, is topped by a crown. She wears earrings. Traces of paint remain on the original.In: Frederiksen, Rune, and R.R.R.
