The outer part of the border raised and of double-convex section; the field pierced in a design very similar to that of Nos. 6 and 7 [EAX.10006 and EAX.10007]; all available surfaces are covered with an inlay of brass and silver with engraving finish (karakusa foliage interspersed with tiny leaves of aoi, most of the latter being in silver).
