Handmodelled; buff clay; baked; columnar body with bird-shaped head projecting back and front; prominent pointed nose; no facial features; piece of applied clay at the back to represent the hair dressed into a chignon; crudely modelled arms with hands placed on either side of the abdomen; upper and lower body featureless, with bottom roughly flanged and concave to allow it to stand.
