Mill-and-whistle cup

Drinking cup, glass (façon de Venise, vetro a fili) of flaring form, the silver mount consists of a dragon forming a whistle, a mill wheel, a bell, two grotesque masks, two applied shields and a knop inscribed: ''DIE LYDT DIE VERVINDT 1592'. The tail of the dragon is struck on each side with a flower in a shield.
