Textile fragment with rosettes, half-rosettes and bodhi leaves

    A band of eight-petalled rosettes set into light circles; two additional bands with small half-rosettes and stylized, separate lotus leaves, as well as a border of bodhi leaves set up as a row. In general the design is white against a brown background.

    Selvedge. The reverse is slightly more saturated with dye than the surface. The edge of the printing block runs through the band of rosettes.
